He will explain all the details on your choices and let you decide. No pressure. The work is scheduled and finished in no time flat. They work out all and any concerns. I will go back for our upstairs. They were all professional the whole way, very accommodating, friendly, and were responsive to all our questions. Luis and Zach are top notch professionals!!! Responded quickly, came out and gave us a quote and had a crew out here on time and they did this job fast and clean!! We were 4 weeks into our renovation and needing our floors removed so we could move forward. My husband posted on next door and Luis was the first one to respond! It could not have been better. Removing flooring can be a messy ordeal and they were so professional and made the whole process smooth and easy! The husband is a contractor but this wasn’t his forte and what a blessing, Optimum, you guys are the best, Thank You 🙏

Luis and his team did a great job installing the carpet for the bedrooms and floor for the bathroom. I interviewed many different flooring installers since I had a small repair project for the laminate floor near the kitchen. Not only were his price reasonable but he completed the installation quickly and with an excellent quality. He is easy to work with and responsive. Do not hesitate to use Luis and his team, they are true professionals who are very experienced in their field. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
