As a general contractor, we used Optimum Flooring for some very tight, time-sensitive projects, where our budget and completion date were non-negotiable. Every subcontractor will tell you that they will meet your deadline, this company not only met the deadline but their quality of work was outstanding! Optimum will be our go-to flooring and carpet tile installer in all future projects.
