Just had my new carpeting installed by Optimum flooring, Zack and Luis were Fantastic to work with. We first met Luis who came by and did all the correct measurements , the next day Zack came by with the color and different grade carpet samples. We found a beautiful carpet with a Great pad to match. Before long , our carpet arrived and The guys called me to ask what date we would like them to come and do the install. Julio and Darius along with Zack and Luis showed up on the date and time requested and safely moved with care all the furniture and Knick knack items including the Big screen TV that we couldn’t move by ourselves. (Lowe’s , Empire , and S&G Carpet company refused to move most of the items Optimum landed up moving). The carpets were all installed in one day and look Fantastic. Due to the extra cushioned Pad it raised the height of the carpets and the closet doors along with entry doors needed to be planed down in order to close smoothly. Zack came back the next day on time and fixed the door issue. I can’t say enough how much of a pleasure it was doing business with them. They our truly professional in every way and I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to purchase new carpeting and Flooring which they also do.

Luis and Zach did an amazing job. They were super professional, respectful, pleasant and the quality of their work was excellent. I recommend them highly. If I had another project to be done, I would re-hire them in a heartbeat. And oh! They were very reasonably priced as well.

Luis and Zach are top notch professionals!!! Responded quickly, came out and gave us a quote and had a crew out here on time and they did this job fast and clean!! We were 4 weeks into our renovation and needing our floors removed so we could move forward. My husband posted on next door and Luis was the first one to respond! It could not have been better. Removing flooring can be a messy ordeal and they were so professional and made the whole process smooth and easy! The husband is a contractor but this wasn’t his forte and what a blessing, Optimum, you guys are the best, Thank You 🙏

Great team to work with, adaptable, patient and honest.

Luis and his team did a great job installing the carpet for the bedrooms and floor for the bathroom. I interviewed many different flooring installers since I had a small repair project for the laminate floor near the kitchen. Not only were his price reasonable but he completed the installation quickly and with an excellent quality. He is easy to work with and responsive. Do not hesitate to use Luis and his team, they are true professionals who are very experienced in their field. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had flooring I needed taken care of urgently, in my home due to water damage. Luis came out to do an estimate on my home withing the week and my floors were done the next! Luis and Zack are a great duo, very professional, very responsive, and they did amazing work! I will definitely be going back to them for all my future needs.
